TallyPunch is a free, private, print-ready time card toolkit for American hourly teams — built for shift managers, small business owners and payroll folks who just want the hours right.

Rules we follow
Calculation rules are implemented from primary sources and re-verified against the U.S. Department of Labor and California DIR guidance: FLSA 7-minute rounding (nearest quarter hour, half-steps round up), the fixed 168-hour workweek, weekly overtime past 40 hours, California daily overtime past 8 hours and double time past 12 hours with no pyramiding, and meal-period rules under 29 CFR 785.19.
California's 7th-consecutive-day premium is not applied automatically — check your situation against the DIR rules.

How we run
